I just found this interesting website with all kind of games, but the ones I was interested in were chess and football/soccer. The quality is almost like PS, of course the faces of the players are identical but it worth trying and sparing an hour of your precious time once in a while.
I am not sure if the code(link) above will take you directly to the football/soccer, if it does not you go to the main site and click MULTIPLAYER button, and there you will find soccer and chess, and all other sorts of games.
P.S. yes, it is multiplayer, and free. You can play with opponents all over the net. Enjoy!
